2015 Around the Corner

December 31, 2014  •  Leave a Comment

It's New Year's Eve and 2015 looms big and bright, just around the corner. Without some planning, and even then, we have no idea what lies in store for us. I can look back on 2014 and think of a number of things that happened, that I certainly didn't see coming, but now that they're behind me, wouldn't change them.

I didn't really foresee my retiring, though I knew I was getting close, and even now, five months later, it still seems like a holiday every day. I have said that when I was retired, I was going to spend some more time with my photography, so now I need to walk the walk, rather than just saying it. That's my plan for 2015 - try to capture more, try to focus more, take my camera with me more often, and get out there where the photo opportunities are. We'll see how good I am at keeping my word!

Wishing you and yours, all the very best in 2015, and I'll leave you with some of my favorite shots of the past year.
